Very professional and friendly staff who helped us through the whole process of buying a hot-tub. We had the opportunity to try two hot-tubs in theirs shop and get all the technical information we needed. Alexander came to our apartment to check the balcony where we were planning to install the hot-tub and organized the transportation (quite difficult since it required a track transportation and an helicopter.) The day of the installation, everything went fine and after a couple of hours the tub was perfectly installed at the right place and we received instructions on how to properly take care of the water.
