😠 The staff is very nice, but (1) after 3 hours there, the "doctor" that saw my 80-year old mother was unable to read and interpret the X-rays to say if her leg was broken or not. He was trying to call someone else that never came. (2) they did not sent the X-rays to her doctor, despite her and him bo... People often mention doctor,

The staff is very nice, but (1) after 3 hours there, the "doctor" that saw my 80-year old mother was unable to read and interpret the X-rays to say if her leg was broken or not. He was trying to call someone else that never came. (2) they did not sent the X-rays to her doctor, despite her and him both asking for it. Ultimately, she had to re-do the X-rays somewhere else. And no broken leg. So, go there if you have time and money to waste.

Terrible experience and I advise everyone to seek medical advice elsewhere if possible. I left without any proper diagnosis or with actual advice what to do about the severe abdominal pain that I had and why I went to the emergency in the first place.

Staff all very friendly and efficient. Doctor took the time to hear about my ear problem and was proactive in finding a treatment which I really appreciated !

Stay away from this place for your own sake! Incompetent doctors, irresponsible, ignorant! We had the worst experiences with them.: 1. The "doctor" prescribed for ear otitis (infection) eye drops 2. Another "doctor" prescribed for stomach problems drugs which much worsened it.I had to go back and tell and show that I feel much worse with the theatment. The colleague doctor saw the treatment and told to stop it immediately as it was having an inverse effect. 3. Recently I had a toe nail injury and went there to check. "Doctor" did not even look/check my nail and told "c'est rien" (it's nothing) and prescribed me famous Ibuprofen &Dafalgan.... 1 month after my toe nail is falling and needs to be operated ..... For the record the "doctor" who massacred my toe nail is the Responsible Doctor of this Emergency hospital......

Just went there and had a great service! They even tried to find me a doctor who speaks English :) Competent staff, friendly, very clean and nice spaces. I would go back if I had such an issue for sure. Recommended.

Thanks I come today and they help me I hope I get will sooner 🥹🙏 Only there’s little late to inter to seen by a doctor + about insurance they told me it’s not covered and on my insurance it’s covered but they say because this is not a national hospital or emergency case and I come with emergency case allergy, so I’ll check back with my insurance company when I back to my country 🙏 Other of that they was very nice with me

I saw Dr Bruno Lecoq about a swollen knee. During this unpleasant visit, he asked me how many years I had lived in Switzerland, and laughed as according to him my french should have been perfect already. It is amusing to me as we did communicate only in french as probably he does not speak any other language. How is possible that a doctor doesn’t speak english? Does he go to medical conference or read medical journals? Probably no.
