I was a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed it too. There is an ice slide that they thought was really good.

Very nice little palace. I was a little bit out of breath due to the altitude just FYI. I bought Matterhorn paradise tickets ahead of time, and you can use the cable car ticket at this location as well. I would also be prepared to pay for using the restroom here. The restroom at Furi is free, but at here I think it costs 1 or 2 euro. I think they take credit cards.

What an awesome experience. There’s a cafe at top so you can enjoy food or drinks. The views of Matterhorn are amazing here. Right next to the exit is the elevator that takes you under to the underground ice cave with ice carving art. We went during October which is a great time, barely any lines and no wait. With the Swiss pass, the cable car to the top was half price.

Absolutely a must see. The views were amazing and the ice cave was a great experience. The gondola ride up offered a lot of great views as well.

If there is one thing in Switzerland you should do, this is it. The ride up to the glacier palace is almost as exciting as the palace itself. Bring warm clothes though.

Amazing experience. Very cool what they’ve done here. Make sure to bring many layers of jackets and gloves/hat because it is frigid!

Unique experience! There is music playing throughout, and non-slip paths to walk on, and some seating occasionally. A number of carvings were covered or not lit up when I attended but it was still spectacular. Dress warm!! ;) and be prepared for the altitude effects. Enjoy ✨

Once in a lifetime experience. An exciting and enjoyable man-made wonder created inside the glacier at the top of the world.

Very cool (literally and figuratively) place to visit on top of Klein Matterhorn. Earlier in the day (~11am) not that many people, so it's easy to enjoy the place.

The experience is the best. But bringing a 3 year old with a stroller up here is a bit challenging. Staffs was very helpful, if they see you with a kid and a stroller they will come and assist and access thru special gate. The scenery up here is very beatiful. Be prepared with cold winter clothing too. Overall we spend about 5 hours door to door. This is a must visit place when you are here.

It's an excellent destination to explore under clear skies. In my experience, I couldn't catch a glimpse of the mountain, and the 360-degree panorama area was off-limits. The journey commences alongside enthusiastic skiers, so there tends to be a significant crowd vying for entry. I wouldn't suggest purchasing tickets beforehand, as it allows you to gauge the weather. If it's completely overcast and visibility is poor, going to the summit might not be worthwhile.

Fantastic experience. We crossed from Italy to Switzerland at the end of a long-distance trail. Good selection of food and drinks in the restaurant. But remember, if you go to the toilet, keep the receipt as you can reclaim your 2 CHF by spending it at the restaurant. View were amazing. Ice Palace is great.

We went here from Zermatt bergbahnen on the Schulmatstrasse. Having a Half-fare or GA subscription saves you half the ticket price and kids with a junior card are free of charge. You have to take 3 lifts to get to the top. To view is awesome and the Glacier Paradise itself was beautiful too. We spent about 4-5 hours from door to door (including lunch). There are many other options possible, e.g. to hike down from the stops in between the lifts. Some websites mention doing this trip to the glacier paradise and Gornergrat in one day. I would say this is possible if you start the day early. Also it depends on when (which month) you visit Zermatt as some lifts are open during high season which were not open now in October.

Absolutely worth going to the Glacier, its abput 120 dollara but the experience is unbelivable. The views are breath taking.

We missed the views due to the weather at the summit but it was still very enioyable, and in fairness to the ticket person she warned us of this ahead of our ticket purchase. The ice palace was nice, cold (what a shock), so come wrapped up. Food is very expensive if you plan on dining in the cafe.
