Probably one of the most child friendly hotels we have been in Switzerland. Excellent facilities and huge green park to play table tennis, soccer , Minigolf, swings and even toys. The suits lack cooking facilities but we got everything on the room after asking. Also great area for running or biking with family to downtown Ascona. Das Frühstück ist ur 4 Sterne da es z.B keine Crêpes oder Omelette hat. Ansonsten super.

This place is a paradise! My room was big, beautiful and with a view and all amenities ❤️ Overall the hotel has a very relaxed vibe and their location is fantastic. With an amazing garden and a beautiful and large swimming pool. They are super pet friendly which to me, it’s a super plus (I didn’t bring my pooches but I like to know I have the option if I wanted to come back with them!). Staff are lovely and very professional. Loved it all!

Probably the nicest place I have stayed. Very clean and a very professional and personal service given by the team. Everyone worked hard and with care to ensure we felt very welcome. 1st class!!! Special mention to Helder, Reception and Restaurant girls and Nadia. You could tell that the team had a good Director, who we met and he also oozed happiness and charisma. Bravo. Even the matainence man was good spirited and funny. He paid me 20euros to right that! 😉

Very happy with this resort. Great for families! Also the restaurant staff were great as well. Especially Francesco and Simone! We will stay here again!

We absolutely loved it there! Helpful staff, amazing food, beautiful spa facility! Tiny negativ that we couldn't book ourselves a massage because the masseuse was unreachable and also was a little bit strange to walk through the rain to the spa (in another building). But overall a very good experience!

Everything was perfect. Stayed there for 2 nights and received a free upgrade since the hotel was not booked out. The staff was always friendly and could communicate either in Italian, English or German. The building for the gym and spa looked very nice and could offer anything I would ask for. In general, we were very happy to stay there and except for the golf balls which are used for mini golf I can't think of anything to complaint. Was still fun to play, though.

The location is great for smooth vacation, the mountain views around and the cute swimming pool with thermal water. Visit the sauna! These factors contribute to a perfect relaxation of a family on vacation. The service and politeness of the staff is really something which is noticed from the arrival to the end of journey. There are many dogs staying in the hotel, which presence compensated by the overall impression. Also the mini golf is not very cared after, but the main focus of the place is the restaurant and the SPA.

+ Very friendly staff always helpful, wonderful location, we felt a little bit like in a 70' James Bond (at least for the main building of the hotel), very cosy and with a little classy touch from these days. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice view from the room and a superb park with plenty of games for kids. - Hotel needs a refresh for sure (but it seems it is in progress), our shower was heavily dripping when in use and some crackles are visible (no ventilation). Overall it feels a little bit old now. Breakfast buffet is ok but pastries like croissant and butter bread are very common (I suspect a frozen quality), cheese and overall choice is narrow even if not common (some local products) Some dust under radiators could be cleaned. Final note is very good, we were definitely pleased with our experience, lots of play possibilities for our son. Price / quality ratio is ok with winter rates but with high season ones I would definitely say it is overrated and look for another option.
