Really good food. Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Worth the money

when entering the establishment the clock is turned back at least 30 years from interior, menu choice and presentation of food point of view....albeit prices are at todays levels. food okay, service mediocre and food timing pretty bad.

First of all, thank to the local guide’s reviews. It is a good indicator for me to choose restaurants! The exterior was quite common, but the interior is super, the most impressive is the friendly and professional staff and good cooking crew. The menu is quick and delicious. See my photos for my choice. The waiter can recommend good wine based dishes. A very good place to go with kids.

We love this hotel! The location is excellent, the food is wonderful, and the Loretan family themselves are incredible hosts. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Leukerbad.

Very nice restaurant with friendly service. During our stay I suffered from stomach issues and this place saved me with their very yummy Gerstensuppe and Bouillon with egg. My boyfriend had the Rösti, the portion was huge, you could easily share it among two. The wine selection was great as well. Recommend.

Me and my girlfriend had a dinner in this restaurant twice. It is very centrally located and easily reachable. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They serve traditional Swiss food. Of the meals we had, I can especially recommend the Hausrösti with cheese, bacon and egg sunny side up. The portion is huge. They also have very nice bouillons and Gerstensuppe. If you have stomach issues, this is the only place where you can get something easily digestable (except for buying food in Migros). The food selection in Leukerbad is not very wide on general and this place saved my day.

The food is ok (took a cordon bleu and rösti), but there are issues with the staff coordination. First, the rösti of my partner arrived after 15-20min of my cordon bleu. Asked to have some real rösti (didn't want the standard frozen fries) for my side and standard frozen fries arrived - the excuse was that the rösti takes too much time and the chef do usually the fries (?)... and after all when we left, we said goodbye to the waiters and no answer...

What a wonderful experience. We went as a very large group and received nothing the the best service. They were extremely accommodating at the hotel and the attached restaurant. Our group included 3 one year olds and many other children and they went above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!

We have loved this Hotel and the owners. Perfectly located in the middle of Leukerbad, very good restaurant with very kind staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and with a stunning view on the mountains.

Great location next to the bus station, town center and the biggest thermal spa. Clean rooms, good breakfast and great mountain view!
