I come from leukerbad and come here specially to taste sushi. It can be said that this is the best sushi I have eaten in the past two years. There are many varieties and very professional!

Perfect food. Will definitely eat here again. The edamame had smoked flaky sea salt. Tempura legumes was scrumptious. My son enjoyed the Teriyaki poulet. The sushi is impeccable. Freshness and mastery. Nigiri hamachi, nigiri otoro, Sake futo were exceptional. Very friendly service and waitresses are very sweet and caring.

I spent a week in Switzerland with a friend some weeks ago and visited the japanese restaurant Kaizen, in Crans Montana. The whole experience was AMAZING, from the location (beautiful views from the restaurant windows) to the excellent food. The dishes are very creative and presented delicately and impeccably, such as the dry ice sashimi. Everything was so yummy. We even went twice and no doubt I would go again. Friendly and professional staff. Totally recommended. A MUST-visit in Switzerland and Crans Montana 💚💚💚

It was a great time to spend time in Kaizen. Was the busiest season but we had a surely good time, thank you. I strongly recommend to go now in this winter while hon-maguro is available which must be really difficult for even Japanese to taste in Japan. Thank for the restaurant that satisfied my nostalgia since I cannot go back to Japan for this pandemic.

An absolutely exceptional and faultless experience. Dined here with my parents to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday and it was the best meal of our 4 day trip. The food was beautifully presented and delicious and the service was welcoming and knowledgeable without being overbearing. Do not miss this place if you're staying in Crans. The views are also knockout!
