Amazing atmosphere from the moment you arrive and take in the beautiful hotel. The welcoming owners, the superb menu, the beer selection and garden with views you can get lost in. The rooms are beautiful and give you the Swizz chalet experience you will desire with beautiful views from the rooms. The slopes are right there for skiing and town is a short walk to enjoy. Highly recommend, you will keep coming back like I will be with my family.

We stayed here 3 nights in one of the out buildings and really enjoyed it. Quiet, easy parking, and really nice service. The restaurant/pub was super nice and delicious. Canadian or Swiss food, it was all delicious. Getting to the ski lift is easy, there is a hill for sledding 1 minute away, and a nice walking path 2km to town.

Very clean and cozy. Comfortable beds. Books in the room was a great plus. Good food, good breakfast buffet with the essentials (good job to prevent food waste!!).

We stayed in Tiny House, which was indeed tiny, but equipped with everything we could have needed. It was tastefully furnished, warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water, a well-appointed kitchen and not one, but two bathroom facilities. The big bonus was there being loads of built-in storage space and room to get our ski stuff dried overnight. Thank you Kelly and David for a lovely warm reception!

[23.09.2022]: Hotel: ++: - Very welcoming people at the reception. The owners of the chalet are a young and motivated couple. It's a pleasure to support such a beautiful project! - The room was perfect, calm. The mattresses were really comfortable. A hair -dryer was available as well. - We took a room with a private bathroom, into the bed room. The bathroom was spacious with a beautiful shower - The breakfast was amazing : eggs, croissants, fruits, muesli,... everything. -- : - 2 single-use shampoo available. Not enough if you want to shower and wash your hairs. Would be nice to have some refillable shower gel/shampoo. - Additional towels could be nice. One smaller for the hair and one for the hands. Restaurant: - Delicious cooking with an emphasis on local/good products - Lots of different beers - Canadian specialties :D - You have to test the pecan nut cheesecake!

We booked The Guest House on the recommendation of a friend. All we wanted was a place to use as a base for two days of viewing the Swiss stages of the TdF. What we got was a delightful and rich connection with the owners Kelly and David and staff. They treated us like old friends, shared their stories and dreams, gave us a tour of the barn and other work in progress, and introduced us their new horse. The food was local, creative and delicious and the service and atmosphere in the dining room and bar quite welcoming

Spent a wonderful Christmas-New Year break here. Kelly and David have made this a warm, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Our room was very comfortable and cosy with some lovely personal touches. The menu is brand new - not overly extensive, but what is there is very good! There are a number of excellent local beers available, and Kelly can shake you a wonderful cocktail. The chef prepared a couple of superb festive meals, for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, which were highlights of our stay. The location is ideally suited to winter sports fans - even though there wasn't a great deal of snow when we were there! For summertime, there are plans to welcome walkers, hikers and bikers with facilities to care for them. This place deserves to succeed after all their hard work, and we wish them every success. We will return! Hugh & Norma

I stayed with my family at the Guest House du Grand Paradis during the week after New Year's. Kelly and the staff were amazing hosts, helping us find resources in and around Champéry. We also really enjoyed meals and snacks in the restaurant.
