An
excellent
meal
in
very
pleasant
and
tastefully
decorated
surroundings.
Not
cheap,
but
certainly
worth
the
price
if
you
can
afford
to
occasionally
splurge.
The
young
kitchen
staff
who
could
easily
soon
move
up
a
notch
or
two
in
their
G&M
rating.
No
complaints
about
the
interestingly
and
novel
preparation
of
a
local
lake
fish
(Fera)
that
I
ate
for
lunch.
The
decor
of
restaurant
was
tastefully
subdued.
The
young
serving
staff
was
pleasant
and
tried
hard
to
be
helpful,
but
they
were
not
yet
fully
professional,
hopefully
they
will
rapidly
improve
with
additional
experience.
The
only
real
negative
I
experienced
concerned
the
wine
and
wine
service.
A
bottle
of
a
good
local
red
was
served
straight
out
from
6°C
storage
temperature,
as
was
a
local
white.
The
obvious
intrinsic
quality
of
both
wines
was
notably
diminished
by
their
low
temperature.
Half
bottles
of
both
red
and
white
wines
were
rare
on
the
wine
card.
The
wine
steward
was
seemingly
long
aware
of
both
problems
but
could
not
or
choose
not
to
deal
with
either
of
them:
Why?
A
real
mistake.
Finally,
there
is
small,
but
not
trivial
(5
cm),
change
in
the
level
of
the
floor
between
the
restaurant
and
the
bar/WC.
This
fault
should
be
should
fixed
better
than
by
small
and
completely
unexpected
step
with
not
so
visible
warning
light-band,
otherwise
some
elderly
guest
with
poor
vision,
like
me
could
fall
and
break
a
leg.
My
complaint
after
I
very
nearly
fell
got
a
surprisingly
unsatisfactory
response
from
the
owner
chef.
