Ordered a kite foil set. All in all +2.000 euro set. The article was available in warehouse in the webpage at that time, then i got an email saying im going to wait 2 months for it, then i called by phone and the waiting time was reduced to 2 weeks. Now the waiting time is 1 month. Yannick (seller) believes that this is still better as promised in the first place (so they are right). Lovely to be your customer yannick. This is not the first time i deal with a problem like this in a store, its understandable with supply issues, but you would expect that a serious store would provide some sort of solution while i wait for my foil (offer some lend service?). Next time i will only buy here if its the last place i can find it.

Bought a neoprene beanie yesterday. Sticker price was 19 CHF. Got charged 29 CHF. Answer from the sales lady when I pointed out the difference: "Sticker price doesn't matter. Go to the online shop for a price check." Sounds pretty strange...Bait and switch?

I learned kiting with the school here and can definitely recommend it. Nice teachers, good material. It became a hobby and I often return for a session now. Also bought part of my gear at the shop. The prices are fair for the region.

We had bad luck with the weather and could not kite because there was no wind. All in all OK but thecthe was bad (to plan the course and on the place). Teaching communication was fine but the personal was relucant to give informations about material, weather, organisation and pay back...

You simply must hear about my experience!! It was an adventure filled with intriguing characters and unexpected twists. While I acknowledge the presence of other nicer instructors, the one I had seemed to struggle with effective communication, and his approach often created unnecessary tension. The situation could have been solved by the manager but unfortunately, failed to address the matter in a satisfactory manner. Usually, the fish rots from the head down.. because they are the only Kitesurf school in Slivaplana!? Though I am ever eager to support any school, particularly in sports education, I hold one simple request close to my heart; a request for fairness, a request for an experience that leaves me not just enriched in skill, but also in the sheer joy of it all.

You pay 15 CHF for a kite spot that offers green grass. Unfriendly staff, badly managed and far away from the standards of the kite spots you see in other parts of the world. Above a restaurant that doesn’t welcome kiters and asks them to leave their equipment next to unprotected bike racks outside of the building.

Amazing experience. Spent 4 days learning how to Wing Foil and Pump Foil with Charley. Couldn’t have imaged a better way to disconnect and learn this challenging sport.

Beautiful spot. The material they are renting is top. Friendly service.

What can I say on this surf shop? Amazing ! Perfect ! Good material, good prices (and I benchmarked a lot ) and service is top! I had an issu with my foil mast and they replaced it directly, there are very nice ! I recommend it 100%!
