Özlem is a fantastic person, who does his job with a lot of passion, with his heart. I went to her for a facial. What in many institutes would have been a standard and somewhat mechanical practice, often performed in a hurry to move on to the next client, was transformed into a beautiful experience made of relaxation, long and repeated massages and meticulous care of every part of the face and décolleté (including cleaning of eyebrows and mustache with thread).
