Sehr interessanter, lehrreicher Rundgang, auch für Kinder geeignet. Eintritt 9.- darin enthalten am Schluss ein feiner Kaffee, die Auswahl ist gross, auch feine Süssigkeiten.... Selbstverständlich sind auch viele Kaffeemaschinen ausgestellt. Nicht zu vergessen, sehr interessante Roger Federer Ausstellung!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Hervorragende Beratung und sehr schöne Architektur. Sicher bekommt man die Maschinen im Internet ein wenig günstiger aber das Erlebnis ist unersetzbar.

Fantastic place, if you’re interested in the history of coffee. You can get to know the development of Jura coffee machines at a very interactive exhibition, and there is a big showroom, where you can check the wide variety of instruments, what Jura offers. The staff is very helpful, kind, and speaking more foreign languages. At the coffee lounge you can choose from thousands of coffee variations.

Well designed museum, felt like you are having a personal guide. Great exhibition of the footprint of the world of coffee, and the 4D cinema with it's children movie is at high quality. Only my three year old boy had a slight problem with the darkness inside. Enjoyed the afternoon tea with coffee and cake specialties. Super friendly staff.

I find the coffee shop so blissful, great service with so many delicious beverages to try and delicious desserts to enjoy. 🤤 If you need a pause, then this is the place to be. Take your favourite book or laptop and simply sit and relax. 😌

Absolutely THE Top! Brilliant service. Mr. Rodrigues was extremely competent & very friendly. After 20 years we bought our second Jura coffee machine. Through out the years service has been impeccable. The boutique & cafeteria is wonderful and of course so is Roger Federer 😉

Visited after spotting the signs from the highway. As a Jura owner, this was an exhilarating experience. I could see all the latest models, stock up on accessories, bought a milk frother, got some parts from the service centre for my ageing machine and enjoyed a few great coffees. Next time I'm bringing my machine along for the 2h service and visiting the museum.

Its fantastic because their product is fantastic and prepares some fantastic coffee. Plus you can eat some absolutely mindblowing patisserie. Plus you get to see some things that belonged to Roger Federer e.g. a gameboy.

Einfach immer wieder nur TOLL. Die Erlebnisausstellung ist detailliert, interessant und spannend erzählt. Der Film zum Abschluss ist die Krönung: unbedingt in den ersten beiden Reihen Platz nehmen, denn hier kommt ein echtes 3-D Gefühl auf.

Sehr schöne und unterhaltsame Ausstellung. Ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die 9.- pro Erwachsenen gehen absolut in Ordnung für das gebotene.

Ich habe einen Kaffeeautomaten zur Reparatur gebracht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ich konnte beim demontieren der Maschine um einen Kostenvoranschlag zu erstellen zusehen. Ich erhielt einen Kaffee offeriert und einen gratis Eintritt in die Jura World Ausstellung. Da kann man alles über die Geschichte des Kaffees und über die Firma Jura erfahren. Beim abholen der Maschine sah diese wie neu aus und funktioniert wieder tadellos.

Wir mussten unsere Maschine aufgrund eines Problems zur Service-Stelle von Jura bringen. Schon die Zufahrt auf das Firmengelände hinterlässt einen tollen Eindruck. Parkmöglichkeiten für Elektrofahrzeuge mit kostenloser Auflademöglichkeit, top!!👍 Auch der Empfang in der Service-Stelle, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Alles macht einen sehr professionellen und durchdachten Eindruck. Sehr Kundenfreundlich. Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde gut aufgehoben. Weiter so.
