The best hotel in Switzerland also in my life I stayed. There is spotlesslall clean.The host and staff are very helpful and nice. They provide everything you need with all-out effort. If you plan to go zermatt. Don’t think too much. Just make a booking directly with Bella vista hotel zermatt on their website for more benefits (free breakfast and transfer service). If you take heavy baggages, transfer service is necessary. I stayed at Chalet room. And the view is perfect. You can see the view of golden Matterhorn on balcony at the morning and all the time. Tourists almost hike to the Matterhorn view point. It is a little bit tired and unworthy. It is because the view from the balcony is equal to the view point. Moreover, they provide best food. (I tried breakfast and dinner.) The price is value for money with tasty food. You don’t need to have dinner in the town as the charge of restaurant in the town is more expensive. You can have meal with good view in the hotel. (Remind you to order dinner before 16:00 and the dinner must be served before 19:30). Too many things I was appreciated. Thank you for giving me a unforgettable memory of my honey moon trip. I must stay at this hotel next time! Highly recommend! Perfect!

We stayed at the Bella Vista for 5 nights and had the absolute best time. The room was simple but had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn, as advertised. We could sit in bed and see it! The staff was so personable and friendly. Their daily breakfast was an in red spread of homemade breads and pastries, jams, charcuterie meats and cheeses, yogurt, granola and cereal, fresh farm eggs made to order, tea picked from their garden or coffee. We loved it. We dined at their restaurant once for dinner and it was absolutely delicious!! Their hay soup was incredible. Their wellness area is very nice with several saunas and small tub-sized jacuzzi. On top of this the hotel is a short walk to ski lifts, the town center with restaurants and shops, hiking and biking. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better time in Zermatt. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come.

Room was nice. Spa area was really good. Service was top notch. The staff were so excellent and took really good care of us. They saw to our every need and request. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a quieter stay with excellent attention to detail. One thing to know beforehand is that it's a bit of a hike up the hotel, but that's not uncommon in Zermatt.

Refurbished „Hütte“ and the most stunning Balcony view over Matterhorn. Cookies and note upon arrival, hearty breakfast with quite a good assortment. One has to concur quite some steps to get to it, so makes sense to consider it when going up with heavy suitcases.

Truly a hidden gem in zermatt. The room is newly decorated and modern. And nothing beat the balcony can directly see matterhorn! And my whole family enjoyed their gourmet breakfast which is a benefit directly book from them. Also the staff here are all so friendly makes you really feel relaxed. Highly recommended and I would sure be stay here again when I come back.

Gotta say that this is easily one of my top-tier stays in Switzerland! @bella_vista_zermatt The view from our room is just mesmerizing! The breakfasts are also great, fresh squeezed orange juice machine is just godsent! A huge shout out to our marvelous receptionist! She’s currently doing the internship here and she’s doing it with grace! Really glad we chatted on the shuttle when she’s driving us herself to the rail station. Good luck with your thesis by the way! We’ll be back, that’s for sure!

My wife and I booked this hotel for 3 nights. We had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The room was immaculately clean and there was a hand written note welcoming us upon check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing each morning. There was an option to order a prepared sandwich for the following day's lunch which was waiting for us at breakfast. It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall outstanding hotel, we'd definitely stay there again!

We keep returning for the lovely atmosphere and the freshly baked breads and cakes for breakfast. We really enjoyed the fondue evening and the hay soup for when you need a break from the Zermatt restaurants.

The hotel staff, particularly Mikan, was always available and extremely happy to advise and help. Our room was well appointed and the balcony had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Location was wonderful--a 10-minute walk to city center but far enough away to be quiet nearby . The hotel meals were quite nice---breakfasts were delicious, with so many fresh baked delicacies, and fresh-squeezed orange juice ;-)

This is quite possibly my favourite place I've ever stayed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. If you are able I highly recommend booking a Matterhorn view room as they are amazing. The rooms are cozy, but definitely enough room for a couple to spread out even with 2 large suitcases. Definitely plan on having a dinner at the hotel, and the packed lunch is perfect if you are going for a hike.

The rooms were clean and modernized inside. They welcomed you with some homemade cookies. There’s a kettle provided and some tea and coffee. They had an area for outside your door for your dirty hiking shoes or snow boots. Everything had a homey feeling and was well thought out.

This place retaining its family run atmosphere. Incredible breakfast with a lot of homemade products, beautiful view and overall the atmosphere of the place.

Great experience overall. Good bfast with lots of homebaked breads and cakes. Good service and helpful staff.
