Toller, gut ausgestatteter, und moderner Wellnessbereich zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung war freundlich und wir kommen gerne wieder. Den Swimming Pool Bereich haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht besucht.

Es war sehr idyllisch und der Strudel macht sehr viel Spass. Man muss nur etwas aufpassen und Kinder welche noch nicht sehr gut schwimmen können nicht alleine zu lassen im Strudel da es ziemlich schnell werden kann.

A small-sized but nice public pool. A lot of fun for smaller and mid-aged kids. Older kids might miss thrill pieces. Easy in-and-out in a compact layout. Parking might be limited on really crowded days, but its close to the Sedrun station (just use the footpath next the railway - an adventure in itself). Very friendly staff! Also has a Spa area which i havent used so far.

Such a shame to lose so many points on staff unflexibility...The sauna is absolutely great. Modern, clean, Roman bath area. absolutely great, tea and water for free. The man doing ticket office and sauna duty só nice. Really outstanding for such a small village. The water is a very pleasant 30 degrees. Shame there is nothing for the children to play with but they enjoyed themselves twice for three hours on end. The water flow helps 🙂 But then....the staff. Half of them are great, the other half specialise in some special stern unflexibility. They ruined our second time massively. My daughter is nine years and ten months old, almost ten. Because I was so honest to say she was nine, I was not allowed to go into the wellness because they (14 and 9) needed to be supervised by me at all times. Even though the same person saw my children play for three hours two days earlier. Rule is rule. And to rub it in, she asked me three times if I still wanted the wellness ticket......, what while the children wait outside ??' And to top it all off, when we left the building, an older woman shouted at my 9 year old as if she was a criminal stealing because she went to get a little brochure from the ticket office, as a souvenir. She schusst us out as if we were the worst of the worst. First time around, great experience for the kids and myself. Second time great for the kids only. The showers are, however, way too cold for me. Again, not for the children. I so looked forward to my well-deserved me-time in the wellness and the kids evidently did not need me at all to enjoy themselves. It would have been 5 stars without all this unpleasantness.

Great spa area, the view in the winter is amazing from the relaxation area. Good varieties of saunas and hamams

The SPA is small but very nice. 3 Saunas and 2 vapour baths. The swimming pool on the other hand is not that fancy and will be renovated in future.

Very unpleasant experience, we had to wait outside in the cold because there was another group still inside and the capacity of the bath was too little too handle two groups, another point might be that the water was too cold and didnt meet our expectations

Tip top

Das Bad wird umfassend saniert, was auch nötig ist. Der Preis ist aber OK und die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es auch Ausnahmen... Heute von einer Person am Empfang bedient, welche weder freundlich noch motiviert war... Keine Auskunft zum Sanierungsvorhaben erhalten, dafür nur angeschnerzt worden und dies obwohl wir jährlich ca. 10 mal Eintritte lösen.

Toller Spa-Bereich mit Dampfbad, Sauna, Kneippweg und weiteres! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, insbesondere für Stucard-Besitzer*innen. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man einen Tag Pause vom Skifahren braucht! PS: Im Erlebnisbad waren wir nur kurz, da es für unseren Geschmack zu viele Leute (vorwiegend Familien mit Kindern) im Schwimmbad waren.

Tolle Atmosphäre, kleine, aber feine Saunas - perfekter Ort zum entspannen, zumindest bei wenigen Gästen!

Das Bad ist klein aber fein. Es ist sehr sauber und der Preis ist angemessen. Die Wellness Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und einladend und es werden im Ruhebereich Tee und andere Getränke angeboten. Das Personal und der Bademeister sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine tolle Beschäftigung bei schlechtem Wetter. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist, dass das Erlebnisbad etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was jedoch nicht gegen einen Besuch spricht.
