I stayed here as I got a bit lost in the mountains and found this gem of a Hotel in Sedrun. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The service and food in the restaurant delicious. I enjoyed a beautiful room with a balcony with its mountains view. Before I left next day, the breakfast has been complete with freshly made eggs, that I greatly appreciated.

We stopped here for a late night dinner on a driving holiday. The owner was lovely and did very well translating into English. The polenta dish was gluten free and really good! The owner also made a great effort to understand what I needed as a coeliac to be safe. Definitely would good back.

Owner and staff is super friendly and kind (top notch Swiss hotel service). The room is spacious and clean. Restaurant food is also quite nice and I appreciated how they introduced the dishes. I do not regret selecting this hotel. Cyclists are welcome.

WOW!! for a minute when I arrived From the airport and the taxi driver said “is an hour to get there “ I said whaaat? But guess what? Was the BEST experience that I had before, the owner and staff make me felt in family, overall was 5 stars cleaning, food, ambiance, honestly this is a great place for DISCONNECTING and enjoy the view.

It's our second time in the restaurant. The food is really good and tasty. We recommend it. Maybe the service could be better. The only thing is they have a limited menu so not a lot of choices.

Just stayed a second time. The first was in a very comfortable double room (two people) and more recently in an apartment (alone). The apartment was clean and I slept very well on the bed. The bedroom had a double and a single bed, with a baby cot in the corner. The living room has a sofa, a tv, a stereo to plug in an iPhone, and a couple more beds pull down from the wall. Parking was provided in a garage under the apartment. Food was great, with delicious bread and spreads, and fresh coffee for breakfast and quality local produce for other meals. Croissants were provided on request, fresh from a local bakery. The staff are attentive and friendly. Sedrun is a lovely village and a hub for exploring the alpine passes, and Kruezli will always be my choice when I visit family locally.

Summer or winter this is wonderful. Staff, rooms, and food are excellent. Could not stay for breakfast, so they made me food the night before to take with me.

Really nice place for a holiday or a long weekend. Very clean and confortable rooms. Friendly staff. I absolutely can recommend this hotel 👍🏻
