We enjoyed a wonderful evening in the hot tub, with bright stars above us and delicious local wine served to us by the friendly owners. We had such a blast, it's the best thing to do after an intense day on the slopes. Totally recommend this place. Even though I did not (yet) eat or stay there I will definitely keep it in mind for my next stay in Saas Fee.

Great family run hotel. Room on the small size but very clean and comfortable, English speaking channels on TV a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast is excellent, coffee great. Hosts are very friendly and the whole hotel is very professionally run. Initial concerns over distance from ski lifts were allayed as the little electric ski bus stops just outside the hotel and takes you to the ski storage room in town which is s short walk to the ski lifts. Private sauna included in price of room is a great bonus. Highly recommend.

Nice rooms, all of them with a view on the incredible mountain range of Saas-Fee. The food is good with a new theme every night. This is a hotel that makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is very welcoming. This is not a five-star hotel but it is far from a youth hostel. Casual is a word that comes to mind, the good kind of casual. You don't need a suit to go to dinner, but you don't wear flip flops either. Staff is extremely helpful and will pretty much do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. (Sadly, even they can't control the weather.) Location is excellent, within a 5 minute walk of the center of Saas-Fee and very quiet and peaceful at night. Recommended.

Wonderful family own hotel with warm and friendly service! The service in this cosy hotel was outstanding, warm and friendly. The owners - Daniela and Rolf - went the extra mile to make our stay extra special and “at home” feeling. Situated at the outside of Saas-Fee it is located in a very quiet area. A little far from the slopes, but public transport is free and stops right in front of the hotel. The 'village' is traffic free and upon arrival at the very modern parking place, you are being picked up by the hotel owner Mr Rolf Bumann himself. From our south side room (no 34) and balcony we had a wonderful mountain view (see my attached photos). The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had something to everyone’s taste. The Bumann family and the staff are very welcoming. We enjoyed every moment being at the hotel. They are very kind and very helpful. The hotel is a true 3 stars. We recommend it to anyone with a family.

We used the hot tub here and I would highly recommend it. Such a friendly owner. Very reasonable price as well.

- familiar atmosphere, but not only for families - quite location, you will sleep very deep - cosy rooms - excelent dinners (4 to 5 courses, good wine) - breakfast with all the things you need to start a lovely day - entertainements at the evenings, so never boring - amiable and helpfull service - many special offers (pass for skiing, day tickets, reservations, ...)
