Not fresh! I order on UberEats and the donuts seemed to be days old 🤢

It was amazing with Great Service and cheap prices and Very tasty donuts.

Very very bad. Served by kids irresponsible, expensive, not applying the offer exposed i order, the desk was mainly empty and they refeel while paying i asked gor more articles she asked me to do again the queue, never again

Service pretty terrible. I asked for a coffee with milk and the woman was so distracted chatting to her friend she gave me a black coffee. I only realised as I left but had to get my train. Just poor service.

Well, I’m usually not the one to complain too harshly but my “visit” there was a joke. I ordered a Latte with Soy Milk and Syrup for a whopping 7,50CHF and pretty much everything that can be done wrong to that coffee was wrong. I ordered what they consider a large one but the cup was not even filled half way and the milk was poured into the coffee right out of the fridge. As the coffee content was quite small anyway, the Latte and the foam were cold as well. Working in the customer service industry myself, Iwould personally understand a lapse like that if they were busy but there wasn’t a customer anywhere around and the two employees were bored to death and in my view plane old lazy. I ordered the Latte via the touch terminal, as English skills aren’t a strong suit in the French speaking world it seems, so technically I should have been able to just pick up the Latte but when I got to the PickUp-Point, first I had to wait to actually be noticed (again…No one else around) and then I actually had to point out that I had ordered via their terminal. Furthermore the employee didn’t show any emotion whatsoever and simply couldn’t be bothered which clearly showed in the Latte. So basically what I got was a cold Latte of which the cup was barely half full, with terrible service and for a far too high price. Every selecta vending machine would have produced a better coffee for not even half the price and it at least would have wished me an “Enjoy your coffee”!

I don’t like donuts but they also have really really good coffee , very friendly staff and a comfortable seating area. It’s very clean and it’s really nice to not have loud music as everywhere else. If the owners read this: your staff is great and they are taking good care of the place!

Excelent and proffesional treat by the workers at this establishment. My flight was delayed and me being alone with my kids was not easy but they still made me crack a smile and we all enjoyed their tasty donuts! If you fly to or from Geneve definetly worth a stop.

The coffee was disgusting, I had impression that this was just water. Sorry if I’m rude (I’m not sorry in reality) but it’s the truth.

The service was great, i hav social anxiety but the employees were very patient and kind. the donuts are great, i tried the vanilla coffee and it was good at first but a bit too bitter near the end. Still great!
