I am buying in this shop last 10 years and I had only great experience. Friendly bunch. They know a lot, they have good products and fair prices, best in CH. Back in the days before moving to the new location, it was my favorite Saturday to come to the shop browse around and pick up my order :-). Some years' ago delivery was in amazing 24h, now it's 2-4 days, I guess brewing got quite popular. I am missing some cool stuff like: more of 3 clamp products, RIMS products, more of popular products from the US, much better variety of brewing DIY stuff. Home brewing is in my opinion a lot about making all yourself. Also, it would be great to have comments and questions section open for products on the website. Thanks to the team for great work and organizing contests! Update 2022: they are still doing an amazing job despite postage cost going up. Improved notifications and delivery speed.
