This store has the absolute worst customer service. We got yelled at by a blonde employee. Ikea should teach his staff the basics of politeness and how to address a customer. The staff at the restaurant however, is very nice.

Very vast selection and good price. It's good for window-shopping, but maybe exhausting if you want to search for a specific item.

Nog Ikea store inside a mega mall, entrance to parking lot is a bit hidden but big enough!

Absolut rude staff. I asked for directions and instead of just answering she mocked me for beeing a little confused. I have seen other reviews about a blond employee, she was also blond and was speaking “high german” not swiss german.

So who on this planet doesn't love IKEA. This location has great parking, has everything you expect from a home furnishing store and is just off the main highway. My only complaint is the slow ramp escalators.... takes forever. 🤣
