Amazing chocolate in swiss!! Highly recommend!!!

Disappointing experience, on December 19th the most popular Christmas items were no longer available. Cold and impersonal service. For 150 chf not even a taste!!!!! Narrow, closed place, it is difficult to move around. The quality and taste is not worth the price!

The quality of the chocolate speaks for itself, what made this such a great experience was that they gave us a sample to try, were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. The fresh chocolate in the window is a must try! The selection in the case are some of the best chocolate you'll ever have. Try to avoid ending up at the cheap package section (shipped brand) that they probably provide for tourists that have sticker shock. This chocolate's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you're traveling, be sure to purchase a thermal bag for 3€SF. Not only, is it effective at keeping your chocolate from melting? It's also very cute.

We treat ourselves to amazing chocolate from here in New York! We were delighted to find a location here in Lugano. Chocolate is absolutely amazing. The lemon and the hazelnut are two of our favorites. The caramel truffles are beyond amazing. Prices are a bit high, but trust me you won’t be disappointed and it’s definitely worth every penny! The person that helped us was from Germany. She spoke with my husband, was extremely friendly and happily gave us samples to help us decide what we should get.
