Waiting during lunch time is a little long, but the sandwich is very tasty. Edited post owners respond : The Sandwich is good, quality ingredients, price is affordable... But as I mentioned the waiting time during the lunch time is long.... I waited for over 30 minutes for my sandwich... Also there was only one lady preparing the sandwich, but as the crowd grew another person joined and helped the lady to speed up... This review is for the people who want to try the sandwich, pls go prepared to wait or go post or pre lunch... Also the shop is small, if the line is long youll have to wait outside in the cold ( my case)... But the sandwich is worth trying... I wish in future the waiting is not that long and the owener works out some solutuion...

An absolute classic in Winterthur. Hasan and the rest of the staff are very friendly, the sandwiches are delicious and the ingredients are always fresh, authentic and above all tasty. The price at 10.- per sandwich might seem a little high, but considering the quality it's absolutely justified. But watch out, they accept CASH ONLY

The reason it's not 5 start is mainly because it's only cash place. I think this is super inconvenient. Sandwich was very good, though. But I can't say that it was exceptional. At least, not to my taste.

Lived up to the great reviews. Unique sandwich experience that manages to meld multiple cultures and tastes. Seating is all outside and very limited.

Even though I don't live in Winterhur anymore, every time when I do visit, I take the opportunity to grab one of these sandwiches - like today! I don’t think I ever quite had a sandwich like the ones he sells at this place. What a meal that was. For anyone visiting Winterthur, this place truly is the best in town when it comes to sandwiches.
