I
went
here
for
crown
re-fixing
of
my
root-canal
tooth.
My
crown
was
incorrectly
fixed
as
seen
in
the
image.
I
would
personally
not
recommend
this
clinic
owing
to
my
experience.
I
ignored
many
for
the
negative
reviews
looking
at
clinic's
response.
Majority
of
the
details
fabricated
in
the
response
to
my
review
are
incorrect.
Details:
Firstly,
I
don't
write
this
review
out
of
spite
but
with
the
intention
to
help
other
dentist
seekers.
I
visited
the
clinic
the
very
next
day
after
my
crown
came
out,
so
ideally
the
fit
doesn't
change
in
such
short
period.
After
the
procedure
-
1.5
hours
time,
anaesthesia
and
an
Xray,
Dr.
Diana
realised
the
fixing
was
incorrect
and
suggested
I
have
the
crown
removed
and
let
the
tooth
stay
as
without
a
crown.
She
suggested
the
crown
must
be
a
wrong
fit
since
the
beginning
(when
it
was
set
2
years
ago
before
it
came
off).
I
managed
to
find
the
old
X-ray
to
check
previous
fit.
The
original
fit
was
correct.
There
was
a
problem
in
the
re-fixing
of
the
crown
at
ZZG.
Some
cement
that
sets
on
the
tooth
had
not
been
cleaned
due
to
which
the
crown
was
higher
than
before
and
had
to
scraped.
Now
when
I
visit
my
original
dentist
I
will
have
to
bear
the
cost
of
making
a
crown
and
re-fixing
it!
In
the
meanwhile
I
just
hope
my
tooth
doesn't
decay
due
to
the
gap
left.
Dr.
Diana
was
very
kind
and
polite
to
me
and
I
appreciate
that.
However,
she
wasn't
able
to
solve
my
problem
effectively.
Edit:
Advise
to
not
cement
the
crown
was
given
after
cementing
(which
had
already
incurred
me
a
bill
of
330).
X-ray
was
taken
for
doctor's
verification
after
which
doctor
realized
the
fitting
was
incorrect
and
advised
on
taking
the
crown
off.
Clinic
has
been
reaching
out
aggressively
so
they
can
get
me
to
change
my
review
or
find
a
way
to
disregard
my
review.
