This
is
the
POOREST
QUALITY
OF
SERVICE
AND
POTENTIALLY
RACIST
restaurant's
staff
we
have
ever
experienced
in
a
5-star
hotel
restaurant
in
Switzerland.
ASIANS
BEWARE!
And
should
take
caution
when
dining
here.
The
staff,
particularly
the
female
manager,
displayed
potential
racist
behavior.
They
lit
the
lights
of
the
umbrellas
of
non-Asian
guests
while
leaving
our
Asian
group
in
the
dark.
When
we
questioned
them
about
this,
they
insisted
that
the
lights
in
our
umbrella
were
broken
without
even
checking
on
it,
so
they
probably
knew.
So
We
wonder
why
they
did
not
inform
us
or
make
alternative
arrangements
if
this
was
already
known
beforehand
since
they
did
not
tell
us
it
is
broken
from
the
start.
When
we
suggested
moving
inside
the
restaurant
as
it
was
well-lit
and
empty
(as
shown
in
a
picture),
they
refused
to
allow
us,
despite
no
other
patrons
/
customers
being
present.
Consequently,
we
had
to
wait
and
eat
in
the
dark
while
other
guests
on
different
umbrellas
had
lights
and
is
looking
at
us
making
our
group
embarrased.
To
make
matters
worse,
one
server
accused
us
of
being
late
as
the
reason
for
the
lack
of
lighting.
Is
that
right?
even
though
the
reservation
is
for
dinner?
This
accusation
was
astonishing,
as
restaurants
should
normally
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
resolve
issues
rather
than
creating
more
problems.
This
indicated
a
poor
level
of
service.
And
if
we
truly
were
that
late,
why
was
our
food
not
prepared
and
why
did
we
have
to
wait
over
40
minutes
for
the
main
course?
The
staff
claimed
and
changed
their
argument
and
said
that
they
are
understaffed,
but
if
that
was
the
case,
why
didn't
they
prepare
in
advance
when
it
is
already
been
paid
for
and
reserved?
Why
did
they
not
communicate
to
tell
us
that
they
won't
be
able
able
to
serve
us
well
and
cancel
the
reservation?
We
would
have
appreciated
and
understood
their
situation
better
if
they
had
provided
clear
communication
in
such
a
scenario.

Owner
of
the
restaurant
please
do
something
about
this
as
your
location
and
food
are
great
but
it
is
tarnish
by
this
way
of
treatment
to
Asian
people.
