I liked it. Very close to the airport. The hotel gives you Basel card what you can use for transportation and some Museums discount. They have airport transportation and parking too. Behind the building there is the casino. You need a dress code to get in and ID. They also have slots upstairs and in the basement. They have slots, cards, roulette. Smoking are was in the basement. They offer show and also you can eat. They not open 24 hours. As I remember they open qt 10 and close at 3am. They also offer breakfast on Sunday and coffee or cappuccino for free. I don't know since COVID-19 what has been changed....

Easy to enter and big selection of slots. Very big smoking area. Downside is staff are quite stoic, bar only sell 250 ml beers which wouldn't be an issue but no one comes around to offer you a refill. So you end up having to go to the bar yourself. No WiFi which is criminal. Not a patch on Grosvenor and the like in the UK. Would have gone elsewhere but only one around here. Good bus link, get the No 50 bus from town, stops more or less outside. Overall disappointed.

It seemed kind of strange. Very limited atmosphere. Almost felt like there was something else going on there that we didn't get invited to. The security on entry also seemed strange. But one of us had a great time at the black jack table. The flat bread was good, definitely shareable.

They suddenly decided to don't give us more alcohol even though we weren't drunk. The guy said: I think you're drunk and that's why no alcohol more. In writing this review right now, if I was drunk, how could I write this review? #racist

Invited to a friend's birthday. No gambling but a great party. Good food and drinks. Live music who never took a break. Basel is a nice place.

Very professional with a home feeling, good beverages, amazing staff! they take your coat and save your bag, we got here from the airport with the 50 bus, very easy drop off and pick up

Friday Saturday Sunday is not so easy to find a sit but is better than many casinos in Switzerland. Good Luck 🤞

Service was very friendly but F&B offer from the casino was very low quality. I came by to see. so yes the price are affordable for Switzerland (which should be the case in a casino to attract customer) but the quality is really low(i mean why not invest this 40cents in proper meat so the people come again and spend in ur machine) I took a cheeseburger with fries. Fries was low quality industrial but cooked in a fresh oil wich could be ok if the burger wasnt that bad. I mean the meat (looking somehow white) reminds me off the one i was getting at the public school cafeteria. Then the bun and accesories were also quite lifeless... Mc do do it better for way cheaper Then game floor of the casino looks a bit oldie and somehow give a sensation of oppression
