Overall
an
ok
casino
with
good
slots
variety.
Unfortunately
very
poor
staff
selection.
From
the
beginning
of
my
experience
with
my
girlfriend,
the
middle-aged
Latina
(wish
I
remembered
her
name)
that
welcomed
us
in
the
reception,
was
very
triggered
since
we
were
new
guests
that
haven't
been
to
the
casino
of
Bern
before
and
that
meant
she
had
to
register
us
to
their
system
(took
her
3-4
minutes).
Was
very
unfriendly
and
unprofessional
and
probably
very
unhappy
with
her
job.
The
immigration
offices
on
the
greek
islands
has
a
warmer
welcome
to
the
Syrian
refugees
than
this
reception
employee
to
her
guests.
But
this
wasn't
the
only
case
of
unfriendly
behaviour
since
we
had
mostly
negative
encounters
with
the
people
working
there(smiling
while
talking
to
your
guests
is
definitely
not
a
contract
term
in
this
casino).
There
were
some
few
exceptions
(at
the
bar/restaurant
of
the
casino
everyone
seemed
very
friendly
and
helpful).
Overall
good
casino
facilities,
too
bad
we
didn't
enjoy
our
time
there.
Would
suggest
to
drive
an
hour
all
the
way
to
Zurich
and
spend
your
time/money
on
a
much
better
(from
all
aspects)
casino.
