Wow! This place is a true gem. The service and attention to customers is well beyond expectations and some of the best we have experienced! Sushi was fresh and excellent. Goya and tempura were tasty. The entire team did a great job and the owner greated everyone who visited. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am lost for words on how to describe the service, the food and the ambience. Many top establishments could learn a thing or two from this place. We found Pure8 by accident and so glad that we did. The food was really good but above all the service was just outstanding! The owner acknowledged us a few times and came over for a chat and the waiters couldn’t do enough for us! If you’re ever in Interlaken, be sure to visit. You will not be disappointed!

The service was great and the staff was really nice! The fresh squeezed lemonade was amazing and so was the mohito! Definitely reccomend for amazing drinks and food!

Our first ever fondue experience and we LOVED it! The flavor of the local Berner Region milk produced and incredible flavor for the cheese fondue! Our waitress explained why Prosecco / White Wine is added to the cheese (to help aid in digestion as well as to allow the cheese to continue to stay melted rather than harden up). The attention to detail is impeccable with the spread! Small cubed bread which you can pull apart yourself, cornichon (pickled cukes), pickled onions, baby corn in the cob and salted French fries all for dipping in the amazing cheese fondue! Others in our group ordered sushi and they loved it! (Both vegan and regular!) As well as beers and cocktails. Atmosphere is fantastic! We sat outside and their egg hanging chairs are awesome! Definitely recommend stopping here to sit, relax, enjoy a drink and some DELICIOUS eats!

Very nice place for a lunch/ dinner in Interlaken. The service was outstanding - professional, but at the same time very friendly and individual. They answered to every question and gave us recommendations in order to make the best choice. The food was really good and has authentic taste. Definately worth to visit! Thank you!

Very fun Fondue experience, with this place being the only one sourcing their cheese locally. Great patio atmosphere and service was excellent. Great for a tourist visit!

Would give it a 4.5/5! Amazing service and hospitality and exquisite atmosphere. The salmon delight lover sushi combo is amazing. The fish was not strong at all and perfectly flavoured along with the rice and sesame seeds. The Korean fried chicken has some room for improvement, with a bit more seasoning, and possibly some gochujang sauce - although it didn't taste bad at all, the portion was generous and they ended up making us a specialized soy chili sauce to accompany the fried chicken which we took for takeout.
