Easiest and shortest way to get to this beauty is to park your car at Caumasee parking lot, then follow the hiking signs for Caumasse then the one for Conn or Aussichtsplattform. It‘s definitely an easy one to do alone or with family and even small kids as the road there is well made to go with strollers. A part from the beautiful view you will find at the end of this hike you can admire the beautiful nature till there from the beautiful mini Swiss orchids which are protected and don’t forget if you come in summer to look for the butterflies 🦋🦋🦋 you will find plenty and some are also friendly enough to rest on your fingers. One of the most beautiful panoramic views of Switzerland! You can reach this place by walking 30-50min from Flims Waldhaus. On the way, you will also encounter the Caumasee. A must visit if you're in the region!

The "must go" view point of the region. Easy walk from Caumasee. Near by has the hotel where you can stop by for a meal or drink.

A very pleasant trekking route from Caumasee Lake. About 40 minutes walking through dense forest and then emerging onto more open areas with old huts like those from an open-air museum. Unfortunately, we encountered quite a heavy rain when we reached the viewpoint itself, so we weren't amazed by the canyon view, but the route to that point was really enjoyable.

Funny idea to have put this high platform here so that the view is really enhanced both by looking into the valley landscape of the Rhine river and down into the ravine just below you. It has become really popular so that there was even a small queue when we visited.

One reaches this platform after a beautiful stroll through the forest (there are several pathways/hikes that you can choose from, including one that goes down to the river). The views from Il Spir are pretty great, especially if you're lucky enough to catch a day without many people around.

Very good spot for panoramic photos. Definitely worth the short hike through the forest from the lake.

Lovely place to go for a small hike. Beautiful view of the river and amazing trail full of greenery and beautiful views. Lot of places to walk to nearby as well. It's close to the restaurant at Conn. The views there are excellent as well. However the restaurant is a little expensive so be careful. Absolutely recommend to spend your day here.

Absolutely magnificent place! The overview platform gives you the best view over Rheinschlucht. Easy to access.

Wonderful place to walk to through the forest and watch fascinated mountains, gorge and river. Make a point to visit the lake and use its cafeteria.

Really nice hike up to the viewing platform and great views over the Rheinschlucht. It's supposed to be even more beautiful for sunrise, but I was there in the afternoon.

Very nice experience, despite being scared of heights I felt safe on the top. Amazing view! Just a 5 min walk from Conn restaurant. The street to get to Conn is easy to walk.

Beautiful place! Must to visit if you come in Flims. The way from DeliCious Flims ( a coffe terase from where i start which is close to parking places ) its around 45 min to go and 45 to come back. You can find by Maps many ways to arrive to. All of them are really nice, by the Forrest, passing along the Caumasee which ist an incredible lake ❤️

Beautiful view and quite a memorable spot as my boyfriend proposed to me here! But we got there at sunset and walked back in pitch black through the forest so that was a bit scary but Beautiful spot! Worth visiting

Wonderful view! Hiking to the view point is possible with light shoes. The area is beautiful and the view from the platform is astonishing!!

An astonishing view of the Rhuinaulta and the mountains beyond! The platform is in the peaceful forest, with no tourist-trappy kiosk nearby (but a restaurant within walking distance). I went in March and was all by myself; certainly a luxury that can't be expected in summer. I tend to have a bit of a problem with heights, but this construction felt so safe that I found myself taking pictures over the railing without a second thought.

This viewpoint allows you to watch in splendour the amazong landscapes that surround you! I visited in December and even though it was quite cold, the hike kept us all warmed up. As I mentioned the landscapes are truly amazing, magnificent mountains and forests! I would advise to wear some comfortable shoes and clothing so that you can enjoy this splendid place and not feel tired nor concerned about your feet. Definitely a place to visit again in the near future!
