A small chapel accessible from the Ebenalp cable car within 10minutes walking distance. Not much to see there. Few meters further there is the most famous viewpoint in the area - the Aescher hotel.

You can have a beer at the base of a vertical wall that is not constructed by humans. A building which saved some costs by not building the back wall. A good place to study geology and rock degradation. A place where you can only study some of the night sky stars.

Beautiful place but bit crowdy! If you want to catch a glimpse of the valley, just walk slowly at the top and enjoy the view!!!

Nice restaurant, the food was very tasty and authentic! The place was quite full so be ready for that but the hike from the cable car station was super quick and easy ! Would not recommend hiking down to Seealpsee lake from there cause the hike was very very steep, recommended if your are use to hiking. 🚶‍♀️

Small little Church inside mountain, cool and impressive, especially when you learn it is still in use on occasion

This church is carved out in the rock of this mountain, cliff face, just amazing. Isolated and remote, with a wonderful view of the valley. Its on the way to Aescher.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this spot as it is a once in a lifetime destination! Short hike to get to the restaurant. The food and service was incredible! Made the whole experience even more enjoyable and charming.

Wonderful experience visiting the restaurant, slight hike to the restaurant after taking cable car to the top, and walk to the restaurant, enjoy the lovely lunch and a cup of local beer! 人生不过如此而已！

Ascher mountains, lovely place had a good view and made a day hiking it. Make sure to go from March to October, they are open only during that time.

Great spot to have a drink and when you are hiking in the Mountains. Check out the caves nearby.
