Their claim "best shisha in town" ... well, not yet quite, but the shisha was definitely among the best in town. Attentive service, frequent coal changing and friendly owners. Keep it up guys - I'll definitely be back!

Descent place for Shisha, with nice options for drinks.

Nice warm ambiance when you leave the main bar area to the back room. The one bar staff which was on was quite rude though. He brought us both a rum with flat cola each, when we asked him for a drink with actual fizz as the coke was flat he was quite rude. Sounds quite petty but at 77 CHF for a shisha and 4 rum and coke, I expected at least a bit of polite mannerism. In response to your reply, I did not know that asking for Hennessy or courvoisier was illegal? (Sadly you didn't have it). As for my feet being on the sofa, it wasn't intentional (I'm 4ft 11 and your seats are pretty large) and I did apologise and remove my foot straight away. Also, you mention my home country, why do you have to get so personal? I had this feeling as soon as we arrived at the bar.. hence why I felt obliged to leave a review as felt you treat us so differently. I hope it was just a one off, we are nice people and did not deserve to feel the way that we did.

Decent Shisha. Love the location and outdoor seating area. The staff is very courteous.

Ya I’m 100% sure Because I asked the guy to pay by Visa card .. and the machine doesn’t respond , maybe it was some issue with the machine I try my three Visa cards !! And he still insists that the issue is in my cards !! 😂 And he talk to me in an inappropriate way and he said to me, you should pay by cash And this happened with me two times in you’re place
