I have just returned home from a Detox facial at Claudia's. As always, she does an amazing job! I found Elu Cosmetics a few years ago via Google. At that time, I had been in Zurich for close to 5 years, trying out a number of different beauticians but had yet to one that met my expectations. Coming from Malaysia/Singapore, facials included careful extractions and relaxing face and shoulder massages, carefully personalised masks etc . When I found Claudia, I was over the moon. Other than giving good facials, Claudia is very professional and extremely attentive. At the same time, she makes her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. If it were not for logistical reasons - Claudia is fantastic at what she does, meaning weekend slots are hard to come by unless planned very much well in advanced - I would visit her more regularly. I highly recommend Claudia, book a session with her and one shall not be disappointed!

Claudia will always take the state of your skin into consideration before starting any facial and will tailor make it, so you leave with a radian complexion. My monthly facial at Elu has become a permanent fixture in my diary and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality experience! The best in Zurich !!

I did general facial treatment with Claudia and it was simply amazing. All the details of the treatment (especially face massage and caviar mask), atmosphere, pleasant talk and her energy, brought together to the amazing result. My skin is glowing and smooth as velvet. Skin impurities disappeared and the overall feeling is so wonderful. I would highly recommend her treatments.

Lovely studio, with a great atmosphere and energy. Claudia the owner does a great job. She takes her time and performs all of the treatments thoroughly. The products she uses are also very good and can be bought in her studio and/or ordered on her website. Claudia is very knowledgeable and strives to expand her knowledge and introduce new techniques. I have done normal facials and currently am undergoing a peeling treatment to reduce my facial acne scares. So far I have already seen some improvement.

Very professional and friendly staff. I am a regular customer since over a year, for the facial treatments. I like the products and the treatments that are in offer. Great studio, nice atmosphere, moreover perfect English and always good advise is what value the most.
