I was searching for quite a long time for a suitable pole dance studio in Zurich. Since I have had already an experience, I had a view of what I expect from a trainer / studio. I have come across Polerinas when I was just about to give up (after quite a few unsatisfactory experiences). I gave this studio a shot and it was really IT!!! First of all - it is a great fit for everyone. Virginia is lovely with both beginners and more advanced dancers. You can get at Polerinas both an intensive workout and nice choreography. Virginia is open to suggestions and is trying to adjust to our needs. If you are an experienced pole dancer - this is a great place to go, as you can hardly find someone as competent as Virginia in Zurich. If you always wanted to try pole dance but never dared to - it is also the right address. You will be encouraged, feel secure, motivated, and (soon:) amazed by your progress. I also love the interior design of the studio and the type of poles we train at.

Training there since September 2020, amazing studio offering a very good variety of classes for every level (beginner to advanced). Virginia and Simone are amazing teachers. They are always smiling and are always nice, it s a great pleasure to learn pole tricks with them. ❤️

From the first trial training to today, the trainers are professional and you always feel like you are in good hands! With their positive attitudes and cheerful nature, our group has become a little family! I always enjoy taking part in the training, not least because you can see the progress through the way you teach and also feel through the sore muscles ;-) It's incredibly fun and I can only recommend Polerinas to everyone ♥️

For a friend's birthday we gave her a private double lesson of pole dancing for three. We were welcomed by Elena with a big smile and infectious energy. We had no previous experience and thanks to her we were able to learn great first steps. A decorated studio also awaited us with snacks and various drinks for toasting. We were so excited about the experience that we had to sign up for a group trial lesson. We are happy :D

My colleague invited me to a trial training session and I really enjoyed it. Our trainer Virginia is very nice and strict at the same time. That's the kind of coach I need. Very professional. The girls in the group are also very nice and it feels like a family. Everyone helps and supports each other. Only a professional trainer can create such an atmosphere.
