Stayed in one of their serviced apartments in Wiedikon with my wife and our dog for about 7 months, and we would recommend their services. Can definitely say that they are one of the good agencies! Location of the apartment, weekly cleaning service, maintenance (if needed), available furniture and equipment were exactly what we needed in a new place. We've had some minor issues with the shared facilities and parking, but that was fine and was something one can expect with many people that are new to Switzerland and that type of buildings. Communication was smooth and professional most of the times. We took good care of the apartment, left it in the same condition as we moved in, so the agency returned our deposit in full within a few weeks as agreed.

We stayed for 5 months in a AAS apartment in Weidikon. The location couldn't have been better and the apartment was well apointed. We particulary liked the weekly cleaning that was offered; they were reliable and trustworthy. We had great experiences with everyone on the AAS team.

Absolutely fantastic. So easy to access, the process was smooth, the people working in the management are super fast responsive. The apartment was in perfect standards, very nicely furnished with everything you need to live. In the Kalkbreite, the apartments are in an amazing location. We are so happy we found this place and will miss it a little bit now that we found a definite home. And our dog enjoyed it a lot too!

Stayed in one of their apartments for almost 6 months. Apart from the apartments beeing very nicely furnished and at excellent locations, the service was also superb. Stayed 3 months at Wuhrstrasse 34. Really good organisation, timely maintenance & cleaning. Location & apartment quality is good. Thanks Tania Guye for quick and good communication. Change of terms from 15 to 30 days prior notice for renewal mid-contract was unpleasant surprise but that's the market in Zürich.

I stayed for 7 months in an AAS apartment in Zurich. The apartment was in good condition, the cleaners were reliable and trustworthy and the company itself was a pleasure to deal with. Tania, Alex and team were very responsive and could not have been more helpful. I had a very good experience with AAS and would happily use again if needed.

I stayed at Kalkbreitestrasse 41 for six months in 2023. I have used serviced apartments in several European cities, but this has easily been the best experience. The apartment was modern and fully furnished allowing me to relocate without needing to buy any “extras” whatsoever; the weekly service left the apartment impeccably clean and fresh; there were zero issues with the shared facilities, including the laundry room; the apartment is located very close to key public transport routes and a great selection of places to eat out; and, importantly, the AAS support from Tania and Alexandre was professional, friendly, swift, and solutions-oriented the few times it was required for very minor items. I strongly recommend AAS and hope to use their services again.

We stayed with AAS Apartment Service for 4 months and it was our first flat right after moving to Switzerland. It was a very pleasant stay, Tania and the team were friendly, accommodating and responsive to emails. The apartment itself was well equipped and had nice touches so it made us feel at home straight away. When it turned out that we would be working from home for a few months, we asked Tania for a desk which was provided within a few days (even with a desk lamp). The cleaning service was very good - always quick, thorough and helpful. Thank you!
