The place feels not very welcoming, I would consider making it a bit lighter, as with the eyelight, dark is always associated with blindness. There are some rooms very minimalistic decorated and they also smell a bit weird, which gave me overall a negative feeling. The staff is very friendly and answered all my question with patience. I was very disappointed by the way they were selling me the treatment. I had the first visit, wanted to combine it with the bigger consultation to only have 1 appointment. They did not inform me to not wear my contacts for at least 4days (the general rule obviously is 7 days tho). They tried to fit me into the consultation anyhow but I said I want to be really sure and come again for the final tests after not wearing my lenses long enough. Even tho they have a different process online, i felt I have to sign the contract already. I was very overwhelmed by this and wanted to cancel the contract the next day. After some emails forth and back they finally agreed. It is a good option to do it here for sure, for me all the little details just felt not right and I decided to go with yousee in the end, which for me feels 100% right.

I had my surgery 3 months ago, I didnt receive any information about the lenses that were implanted, nor what strength was measured- nothing. During all follow up appointments I kept asking the doctors to provide this information to me but they didn’t. I kept calling and they promised that I would receive something but nothing happens. At this time I have zero information what they implanted into my eye. I’m seriously concerned if something ever happens to the lenses that I cannot even tell another doctor what type of lens, brand, strength. For the price they are charging this is incredible how bad the service is. It makes me wonder if they have something to hide or if the quality of work is just bad. For anyone reading think, think about what you are doing these are your eyes and you don’t get a second chance! Update: After this review I was contacted several times by betterview and they apologized for the problems with receiving any documentation. I was sent a report incl. all necessary information about the implants. The result of the surgery is very positive, I havent been wearing reading glasses since then. I m fascinated that I can read the small print on my watch which I didnt even know existed before the surgery. So if you asked me would you do it again, the answer is a clear YES! The quality of life after this surgery has significantly increased. It will take some time and dont expect everything to be finished after a few days, but at the end it is amazing to be at 20:20 again. Hence the change to 3 stars.
