I
strongly
discourage
anyone
from
signing
with
this
agency.
The
only
positive
experience
dealing
with
this
agency
is
that
it
was
easy
to
sign
a
contract
as
a
foreigner
in
Switzerland.
Insurance
issues:
The
agency
told
me
that
I
have
to
pay
for
an
insurance
every
time
I
used
their
services
(i.e.
every
time
I
prolonged
my
contract)
but
in
fact
I
could
have
bought
insurance
for
a
year
instead
of
paying
for
it
each
time.
Heating
issues:
We
spent
a
lot
of
time
waiting
for
answers
or
solutions.
For
instance,
the
heating
broke
down
on
2
or
3
occasions.
Took
them
several
days
to
fix
so
we
had
to
live
under
inhumane
conditions
for
several
days.
And
guess
what,
we
had
to
fight
to
get
our
money
back,
especially
annoying
given
the
already
pricey
rent.
Marketing
issues:
Most
of
the
times
this
agency
gives
you
wonderful
pictures
for
places
that
are
old
and
have
several
problems
(heating,
oven).
Who
knows
when
those
pictures
were
taken.
Make
sure
you
visit
the
place
before
signing
anything.
Warranty
issues:
The
agency
asked
me
to
transfer
the
warranty
to
a
private
bank
account.
Being
foreigner
I
thought
that
was
common
practice.
Well
turns
out
it
isn't,
so
I
had
to
ask
them
to
move
it
to
a
special
deposit
account
(something
that
was
new
to
them
as
they
had
to
ask
me
to
check
with
the
bank
on
how
to
do
it).
I
finally
keeled
my
money
safe
with
a
bank
warranty
and
recommended
my
housemates
to
do
the
same.
Communication
issues:
Oftentimes,
the
person
in
charge
of
our
house
failed
to
inform
us
when
and
at
what
hour
workers
would
show
up.
The
same
applied
to
visit.
Very
angering
to
know
that
the
agency
thinks
that
they
are
still
the
owner
of
your
place
even
though
you
pay
your
rent,
which
should
guarantee
privacy!

about
them...
