I ordered a cabinet from them that was delivered damaged. I immediately sent photos in an e-mail. I was told that they would refund me for this, but that was over two months ago and I have not heard from them since. I called many times, wrote e-mails and did not receive an answer. Whenever I call them, they NEVER answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Update: 3 months on and I am still waiting for the refund, every time I call the customer support line, the phone rings out and hangs up! Update: After 6 months they collected the broken item, but told me I needed to come to the store to get a refund. Only positive is that when I went to get my refund the staff in conforama Customer Service were lovely and very easy to deal with

I am over 20 years Customer. I never had experience Bad before 😣, But today i want ask a Question one of sales, she don't even like yo talk. I am in conforma to buy Things, I think i have right to ask Quetion before i buy thing's. Please stay the same treating people 😣

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The table we ordered 3 months ago hasn't been delivered yet. Although they promised us xxxx times during the last 3 month that it will be there... It seems the staff and management never keep the Deadlines they promised several times. Trying to call them 100 times and they hang the telephone up. Very unprofessional staff. No signs of respect for their clients.. Sorry never again 😔 By the way this is my first negative review ever for a service provider

Not worth ordering and shopping with them, when paying and receiving no service at all. Payed for 5-7 day delivery and montage of item that was in stock. After 7 days has passed, I received automatic email that they have the product and I can choose a delivery date, the earliest being in 6 days. I wrote to customer service in urgency. They never contacted me back. 2 days later I received another automatic email that I can collect it myself at the store. Nobody ever contacted me. No customer service, no curier.

Their customer service is the worst. You can call their number and they will just redirect you to their voice message every time. What is the point of having a number in the first place if you don't take the calls.

The worst store in Switzerland! My order never arrived and I ordered it back in January of this year! Shame! Never again!

Great prices on good furniture,appliances and electronics. We bought our living room furniture there along with a freezer, mixer,fridge,couch,love seat. We paid for delivery and set up and boy was that worth every penny. There was a problem and they sent a repairman right away to take care of it. Great warrentee offered.
