I have first contacted this regie on 24/11 to express interest for an apartment and asking to organize a visit. They have kept me hanging on forever with silly excuses to finally tell me (on 24/01; two months later, no joke!) that the apartment has been rented. Step away from these guys.

Simply don’t even waste your time in applying .An amazingly bad quality non professional services . They have forgotten that it’s a job and not a favour on the applicants who are already stressed in finding apartments for rent. Applied for 11 apartments in geneva with 8 only to Rossett. All other 3 selected us and none from rossett . It was a bit obvious though during the visits when you could see that it is already given and the open house is just a formality . And as always am expecting their standard respond that they do with all bad reviews.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, employees are not responsive, not helpful and rude. I do not recommend signing any contracts with them.

I can see I’m not the only one that has had bad experiences with this regie. I’m finally done with them but wanted to let people know that they’re service is absolutely awful and on top of that they are so rude for no reason at all, avoid them if you can..

Very bad experience with this régie. Avoid it if you can!

I have rented a parking space through this company in Boulevard Carl Vogt in Geneva. Several times the parking lot was occupied by another car. As I had to find a parking place for the day in order to go to work, I parked in a payed parking and ask for the company to be reimbursed. They have rejected the claim saying that I should have called them up. At 6am when I park my car, there is of course nobody picking up the call. Total lack of customer care and unreliable service - I would not recommend this company!

Personnel rude, they don't allow the possibility of virtual visits of the apartments.

This regie is run by very good people. They solved my neighbour problem and found a very respectful and dignified solution for them and me. They are normally quick to respond too!
