Great to shopping , very reasonable price In the center located Underground : much fresh sea food!!!

Manor is no doubt a very good shopping center. But the Manor restaurant is extraordinary. Not only is the food cooked very well, the sheer variety of food in offer is worth a mention.

Great availability and choice of products. Pity they have given up electronics to FNAC. Lugano needs a type of "digitec" shop. Forget TV, but everyday electronics. For example Google Pixel product where are they to find...physically.

If has a very good location in town. It is closer to the shopping and also to the supermarkets and bus stops. Great view facing the lake if you choose those rooms. Breakfast is sufficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best service! Really kind employes there! And they know what they are talking about and would love to help you with everything.

Absolutely fantastic. Scrumptious food and high quality beverages. Every time I go to Lugano I can't skip getting there.

Everything you can want and more. Great shopping experience. Grocies on the lower level. Souvenir type items on the third floor, and anything you can imagine in between. Large extensive jewelry counter area!

Place was amazing, you can find anything from supermarket, to perfumes, to toys, to restaurant etc... All the staff were friendly, highly recommended to visit the place 😀

Very nice supermarket in heart of old town. Its pity we couldn't buy much since we are staying in hotel but I took some pictures of things. Also I love their Manor restaurant, we ate there few times and it was very cost effective. Clothing department wasn't anything special a lot of American brands that we have in USA, so we were not interested in clothes.

A nice department store, but high prices on lots of things. For a Finnish person the selection is a bit different then back home which I liked.

I personally Boicot Manor Food, due to their non promotion of Veganism. It's a consistently Omnivore Heaven. All Bread has Honey added.

Excellent shopping throughout the store. We were on the hunt for specific Switzerland styled t-shirts and were not disappointed because we found them on the third floor in a little section for this type of item. The sales folks were super helpful and the quality is great.

I know finds everything from the home to clothing for men, women and children to perfumery and finally food. very courteous staff

I love Manor but in Ticino there should be more Swiss working in it.

A buffet-style lunch at this restaurant. Portions were value for money but some dishes were only okay. Mosh dishes were good and I like the buffet-style self-service theme they have! The pasta order is a must have!

Every thing is found in this store but thir is no car parking inside the bulding ... use the nearest parking area.

Wow, huge Manor, has everything inside and food also, just fantastic, can't say enough. Worth a visit and a browse around, from the florist on the front of the store to the food, supermarket downstairs to the clothing.
