    I'm in love with IKEA. Really nice place where you can find anything you need. You can go around the shop without any problem, they put some signs on the floor which help a lot! You're not going to get lost. Prices are a bit expensive for some kind of products, but the products are really good. Easy to assemble and easy to disassemble. The worker are really friendly, they help a lot to find what you need and explain really good.

    You can buy here whatever you want for your apartment or house. Easy to access the commodities to look at and feel the quality before buying.

    This Ikea shop is not a large one but it never gets to crowded and staff are always helpful. Also the restaurant serves good quality food, and after shopping here you can visit the other shops in the shopping centre without moving your car. Definitely a good shopping experience.

    Not too far from Lugano, reachable within 20 minutes by bus. Nothing special about it though, and the layout is rather confusing - we had to walk through the whole store again to leave after eating.

    If you live near the border Switzerland and Italy is the nearest IKEA to get to. The only downside where are the Swiss working there ???? All frontalieri from Italy and I don't agree with this policy employing Italian staff all over Ticino , Swiss have the right and the priority to work first

    You cannot reserve furniture in-store to pick up at a later date. You can however do it on your phone by adding product numbers to the online cart. Kind of ridiculous. Furniture selection and variety is pretty good.

    I haven't been to many Ikeas but I think this one's normal, it has an area on the first floor for kids and also a place to eat cheap and not bad tasting food. The staff is available and helpful. Think about when to go because there is the possibility of not finding parking space.

    Spent thousands, and still need to buy more. There was a promotion, spend over 1000.- and get 100.- back from IKEA. We were told it would arrive via email, now they tell us no you had to go on and claim the gift card... So now they say they can't help us and we lost out on 100.- because an Ikea employee told us we would get it through email
