Excellent! Parcel was well protected for shipment. The tracking system on the website does not work well. Ultimus tracking will mark "delivered" when the parcel was stuck by UPS. Ultimus responded quickly to my ticket and provided me with the correct tracking link. Great customer service.

Waited over 3 weeks for a Garmin strap band to receive the wrong colour - to then return it to China?? Annoying.
