EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! False advertising....we search places to stay and came across this place... saw their photos online...(looks nothing like what we got) what we saw online was a very updated, classy establishment....what we received was an older building under construction with the smell and evidence of mold. We also didn't received the "free" all you can eat breakfast... when I brought it up I got... "oh, their is a problem with out website, sorry about the miscommunication".... instead it was $15. a person...they told me that for one of the days they could give us the free breakfast but we didn't get that either...they said they could take off not charging me for my son 1 of the days but he wasn't there that day anyways!!! How is that helping? LOL.... from what I understand....this joint is the only place on the mountain that does not offer valet service to pick you and your luggage up and back to the gondolas when arriving and departing... be sure to check in before 7pm because they charge you extra if you don't... also at that time the gondolas are only running once per hour. Know that when you get off at the top you got a bit of a hike (with luggage, ski gear etc) till you get to this place....great work out though :/ We did not know any of this because when you try to call you get a voicemail in some other language and you don't know what to push to leave a message if that is even possible... they folks were friendly however... were not trying to make right on the wrong deal we were dealt.

The centre itself is nice (although it is a very badly signed labyrinth downstairs), but our otherwise lovely experience was ruined by the awful stickler "Badmeister" woman. She shouted at us and threatened to drain the spa because we were drinking a bottle of prosecco (purchased from the in house cafe and in plastic cups!). One bottle between seven people is hardly a safety issue and the way she treated us was appalling. It's a shame this beautiful town is ruined by the locals hating on the tourists. They are so rude.

We stayed at the Eiger Guesthouse for one evening. We stopped by the pool and hot tub around 7pm. The changing room, locker room, shower, shoe room was exceptionally clean. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub jet was a great massager for the sore muscles after hiking.

The hours are bad. Gym doesn’t open until 9am and pool doesn’t open until 1pm!

Great place. Nice spa area with different saunas, quiet room, big indoor pool. There is also an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Nice welcoming staff.

Cold water in the shower, in the pool inside and in the tiny tub outside. Cold air (!) hairdryers. Left after 10 min, was refused a refund. Maybe spa is a better experience

If you’re staying in town overnight you can use the pool and hot tub for free. Just show your card to the person behind the desk, follow the signs down to the changing rooms, and then the pool.
