    Brilliant customer service. Two thumbs up! The shop focuses on snowboards. I walked in with a ski boot problem. Instead of saying “I can’t help you” and turning away, the person looked through all his boxes and then took his phone and called another shop. He said that the other shop should be able to solve my problem, but if they can’t, I should come back and he will take the required parts from his rental gear, and will get my boot fixed. This is what I call solution selling and customer service!

    Top Beratung, super hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Markenauswahl. Waren auch diese Saison dort, zum xten mal insgesamt, und hatten jedes mal tolles Kundenerlebnis. Erste Adresse in Arosa für Snowboards & Beratung. Eifach nur super. Danke!
