Lovely puffer jackets from the S23 collection. Beautiful ambiance and warm staff

Girl with red lipstick in the store last night was super rude. I was looking at 1 perfume and smelling it. I have super sensitive smell so I don't need to spray it I can smell it as soon as I open the lid. She came up and asked if I wanted it sprayed on the paper i said no thanks as I was planning to buy the perfume. She then says " well you should its not cool for you to smell it like that" so I put it down and didn't buy it. Was going to buy some shoes too but I was bothered to be dealing with her so we left.

I have been to Louis Vuitton stores across the globe, and can say that the St. Moritz store has the most amazing customer service ever. Elisabetta and her team were very sweet and attentive. I was only going to buy one purse, but ended up walking out the store with 2! Can’t say no to such an amazing piece! They are honestly so welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely come back and visit again when I come back to St. Moritz. Thank you!!

Very poor customer reception and very inexperienced service. The seller had no idea if the chain on the new model was detachable. I've never been treated so badly in an expensive shop in a long time.

I did not believe anymore in a good shopping experience in a Louis Vuitton Shop..i have been in many LV shops around the globe and unfortunately the sales personnel often take themselves more important then the customer! BUT in St Moritz the service was outstanding! I have been welcomed in a warm welcoming manner! It was one of the nicest shopping experiences i had in a long time! Even though Switzerland is more expensive then buying in France I would always go back to the shop in St Moritz! And just for info i just bought a small purse and the experience was awesome! Thank you very much to all the sweet ladies working in this shop and especially to Huna! And of course thank you for the sweet treat and the glass of champagne for Valentine's day!

Well, to my taste, it offers overpriced goods that give a good feeling to rich people to distinguish them from poor people. Rich & poor is in a monetary context of course. The factories that produce these goods ,most probably, are not paying a higher salary to their employees in order to maximise the profit. And the rich don't care anyway, so it's a win win situation for both, LV and clients.

This is a fabulous store with amazing staff!! That really go above & beyond to find you what your looking for! Thanks to the amazing staff for taking such good care of us!!!
