We just tried the bacon jam, and it was simply amazing. Absolutely delicious. We loved the unique sweet/salty combination. I served it with savory (cheese) waffles and it was fantastic. It took all my power just to not go back to the kitchen and eat it directly from the jar. I highly recommend it.
