👍👍 This town is just magnificent. No car access making it safe to walk around and getting fresh air up in the alps. Breathtaking views of Lauterbrunnen can be seen from any spot in this town. There are a pair of cute bunnies near the tourist information centre. People often mention town,

A nice train station of this beautiful town. Note This is the last station covered by the Swiss pass, if you go higher then you have to pay a lot more, and best to have a ticket for this. Wengen town is small with some nice views and you could walk around and have a meal or a coffee. You could also trek to hi or lo lands from here. Recommended…!

One of my favourite places in Switzerland. The beauty of Lauterbrunnen Valley can be seen from this village. This a car-free village.

This station is located above lauterbrunnen valley. can get a good view of jungfaru region above and valley below. Accessible via kleine scheidegg bound cogwheel train from lauterbrunnen. Trains to one direction available every hakf an hour. Trains run later in the evening than times given in google map directions. This is a car free village. There is a small park with seating facilities next to the station. This park has a free water fountain to fill up water bottles. There is a coop supermarket close by. Lot of nice hotels and restaurants are around with superb views.

I took a break while going from Jungfrau to Lauterbrunnen. In this charming village, I walked around and saw the most beautiful landscapes and amazing views of the Lauterbrunnen valley. It's a great place to explore and enjoy the scenery!

This is an amazing place to find peace. We came in the beginning of September, pre-skii season and it was calm and cheap, few tourists.

Stunning, a bit tricky to get too, but that adds to the joy of the place, no cars allowed, train up from the nearest town

A very convenient small train station right in the town center. Next to it is the ticket counter, a kiosk, a few small shops, and a supermarket.
