Today we had the pleasure of having an amazing experience with Fernando. He picked us up, confirmed what we wanted to do. We were totally open for any ideas and destinations. He took us around to places that were amazing, supported local people that weren’t on the “ regular” path. He wanted to not only impress us but also wanted to make sure our teenage daughter had a good time too. We had told him about a confectionary that has our last name, he located it, took us at the end of the day, waited for us. Totally worth it, and then some. I booked a private tour for our group, family of 8 members ranging from ages 35 to 88. Catharina was fantastic with keeping in touch with me and accommodating my wants and keeping attention to my needs and considering the ages and physical limitations of my group. Every email with questions were answered promptly with comforting answers. It was easy to choose Swiss Epic Tours as the company I wanted to take care of us for our first trip to Switzerland. Mr. Stephan greeted us at our hotel promptly with a big cheery smile and demeanor. A beautiful and comfortable coach with more than ample room for all of us!! The sights he brought us to were those out of postcards!! Unbelievable how beautiful this country is! In additional to the sights, Mr. Stephan was so animated in his stories and history of the country. It was easy to tell that he loves his home, and it made us fall in love with it also!

Fernando was beyond amazing! We initially planned an excursion through a different agency and when he picked us up the train to Pilatus was closed due to weather. Immediately Fernando made a new and even more enticing itinerary for the day. He adjusted so quickly that we were able to see 3 different areas that blew our mind. He also made sure to offer to take our photos so we wouldn’t forget our experience. Just driving around with him was worth every penny but thank you Fernando for going above and beyond. Our party of 8 recently got back home to the US after an amazing 10 days vacation in Switzerland. After months of chatting with Catharina from Swiss Epic Tours, she was able to customize our "must-see list", and she also recommended hidden gems in Switzerland which did not disappoint! What a beautiful country! We were fortunate to have our drivers/tour guides: Richard, Marco, Joyce, to name a few who are passionate with what they do, they were punctual and catered to our needs with our daily itinerary. Majority of us concluded that this vacation is one of the best we ever had, from the scenic views on the mountains and the turquoise waters, the Jungfraujoch ice palace, it was an extraordinary experience! Swiss Epic Tours delivered an "epic" family vacation for our group of 6 adults from the United States. A big "shout out" to Catharina and our driver guides for helping to coordinate and deliver on our private tours and transport to and from Zurich airport. Timely and consistent communication when planning the trip, flexibility to work around requests and weather changes was so very much appreciated. It was easy to coordinate all payments.
