Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with an online order. I bought a watch that never really worked properly, it got "fixed' in the shop a few times, the battery was changed - but the watch was always late after a few months. Finally, I was told that the mechanism is defective and needs to be replaced completely - but by that time the watch was not on guarantee anymore. I contacted the customer support but they were useless, mostly sending some generic replies. I believe that the watch was defective from the beginning but it wasn't recognized on time. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and money. Think twice before you buy any expensive product from Manor online!

Beautiful place but some saleswomen are stiff and not friendly

I guess last time I was in this restaurant like 20 years ago, maybe even more than 20. Interestingly not much has changed. If it works for Manor why not but I would have appreciated to see some changes, that it maybe would have become more modern. We just had something to drink and that was okay. The staff.

It was huge. Alot of products from all over the world & Switzerland under one roof. Staff is so nice and friendly.

I always come here, there are plenty of shops, one of the best spots for anything. The secret is that there is a great food court on the lowest floor and an event better food court on the top floor with an outdoor terrace that has cheap and great food, almost home-made quality. And everything is very affordable.

Manor has an excellent restaurant on the 5th and 6th floor. Buffet breakfast and lunch and early dinner. The Summer sale is on. The selection of bags wallets and scarves is good and many brands under one roof. Elevators on all floors. Rear rooms on top floors. Great cosmetics and perfumes section. Also a jewelery section. It situated in the city centre so great to start your day with a breakfast of egg and toast smoothie or stop for a bite for lunch. Accessible by tram with great shopping nearby too. Books and toys section too.

A high end department store in downtown Basel. You can check for new products and trends in almost every section, but a little pricey for me (in fact everything is pricey in Switzerland)

Nice Big Department store with many discount on things. The grocery store in the basement has high-quality food with good prices. Especially in the evening.

The food is delicious, the staff is great, and a guy named Hamza took care of me very well, he is excellent, very friendly and prepares the incredible food. A recommended place🤩

Very big shopping center there you can found everything, cheap and expencive brands.

A upper level Store with a wide range of products and good quality. Deli Supermarket in the basement. Also the restaurant is very good and with a very wide selection of dishes salat bars deserts and pizza pasta and grill all fresh and delicious better than most restaurants and fair priced The roof top terasse in summer is a great place to get lunch or enjoy many of the the fresh made juice teas and vine as well. I totally enjoy the place. Quality ambience and price is a perfect match for a healthy lifestyle. Why eating out of the box if you can have it for the same value in a much better way

Bought everything what need for last years so can't complain. Only thing I feel is a fraud is discount %. Due to no MRP concept in Switzerland they increase the list price of the products and then offer huge discounts. So be aware of what you are buying and don't be driven by discount % :)

Great shopping place, but a bit on the pricey side.

Good selection of products but the service has room for improvement. Specially in the food department. If there are self checking machines and sometimes they need to do the random checks, than they should have people around available, and not make the customer start looking stupid searching for their employees who should be immediately on the spot.

Variety of Harry Potter merchandise. Very near to river. You can spend some time here. But it is costly.

Like the supermarket, very special things there. Also the ladies at Lancome are very skilled and kind, always. The only issue I had was at the underware/ cloth department. Too many coworker who had nothing to do do, so I was disturbed many times if they can help me. Quite annoying. One asked even two times… she didn’t remember that she already asked 2 minutes earlier 😬

Just great - supermarket, luxurious department store and perfect Manora restaurant on the top floor.

Nothing special. A bit expensive place. To look around is fine, but I would buy the things in another cheaper store.

Have been visiting this store since it was called Rhienbrucke, and have always loved it. Often stopped for lunch which was always good, however, this latest visit, ( 4 years since last visit) was disappointing. Felt more like a fast food place than a restaurant. I believe standards have changed. However, I still give a 4 because the rest of the store was still good value. People often say Switzerland is expensive, but there are great bargains to be had in Manor. Still worth a visit for the main store but would think twice about lunch.

In August, it was impossible to find a swiss hoodie as a souvenir for myself in Basel. The ONLY place in Basel that had Swiss hoodies in August, was this beautiful department store. This department store was clean and organized and from what my friends tell me, has an outstanding food court as well. I should add that I could have also purchased this hoodie at the airport but since experience has shown me it's always more expensive there, I wanted to avoid it if possible.

I like that Supermarket. Maybe not very cheap one, but nice products, good location. And if you caught sales, you are lucky person. Because then you can buy great things for cheap price. Here you can find different clothes (woman's, man's, kids'), cosmetics, office things and a lot of others.

One of the main shopping malls in town. You can find pretty much everything you need here.

Good shopping experience. Found everything i needed and wasen't pestered by a single annoying sales person. Gotta love Europe!

Lot of choice and brands. One lady in the staff was rude with us when we were looking for the box of the wallet I just bought. She could have used other words to be less rude and more clients friendly.

They always have some nice surprises. Always find what I am looking for. Slightly overpriced though
