The consultant is very competent and friendly. Patient and experienced. The "specialist" who answered the phone to the consultant (problem with blocked mailbox) is a complete dud! False statement regarding mailbox size when canceling the subscription.

Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences twice now. The excuse is that you are not Swisscom, but just a partner (however, the address is Swisscom, and as a customer that doesn't interest me). Perhaps more focus should be placed on customer satisfaction again than just taking out and selling subscriptions. Today the “advisor” was also very cheeky. It's just stupid that competitors are actively recruiting new business customers at the moment. The next time I call, I'll check it out and not brush it off straight away because I'm usually too comfortable to change.
