If there was an award for the WORST vacation rental experience, Loga would win it. It took 20 emails and a few unpleasant calls to receive simple information after payment, such as the address of the holiday apartment or the details of how to hand over the keys. Every step, including the issuing of public transport cards, had to be asked and corrected several times. Loga is also completely designed for travel by car, including directions. I was also incorrectly addressed as "Mr" throughout the entire booking process, including a few phone calls. If I want to have a relaxed holiday in the Engadine, then I'll definitely give Loga a wide berth. Worst experience EVER!

BEST company in the valley for rental appartments

The apartment rented by Loga was very clean and the entire process with the rental agreement and the handover of the keys (Saturdays) was perfect. The price-performance ratio is probably at the upper limit - but you also get great performance for the money. I can only recommend Loga.

Courteous and efficient staff. However, the property rented by me had a couple of unpleasant features not present in the description, which Loga was unaware of; I was left wondering whether they don't verify the information published on the site.

Prices here are cheaper than at big aggregators. I wish for a better guest parking though. The space is very limited.

Very unprofessional behavior from Loga. We had viewed a holiday apartment for the 2023/24 season and since we were the first interested parties, the exact rental period was discussed with Loga. It was agreed with Ms. Giovanoli that Loga would contact us if she was further interested and we could then decide whether to take the apartment or not. When I called a few weeks later, they just said the apartment was already rented. A quick call to clarify whether we would take the apartment or not wouldn't have been too much to ask, at least that would have been my understanding of a valued customer relationship. But Loga doesn't seem to care as long as they make money quickly - customer relationship or not. Now we have the trouble and have to go back to the arduous search for a seasonal rental. Very unfortunate. Not recommendable!
