Internet and branch inventory did not match. I was told over the phone which was okay. Since I was already there, I went in anyway. But no one was there in the bed department. In the adjacent office, the door was open, I heard someone and made myself known loudly. The woman working there then closed the door in my face. Instead of asking if I need advice. Customer-friendly is definitely different. I won't come back.

There was no one there to serve the bed and duvet department. After I inquired about the price of a duvet, I was asked to get the duvet and bring it to the checkout. After the waitress had to ask the "boss" in the warehouse about the price, I was promised a fantasy price, as it turned out online. After asking whether the price would change because it was specifically presented at the entrance, I was first only offered the brochure and then the statement "was on offer last week". Which doesn't seem to be true either, as it's still on offer, as I could see online. By the way, I was also able to test the mattresses in peace and quiet without anyone noticing us. Unfortunately not recommended for buying a duvet or getting advice on mattresses.

Shopping, no matter what, is not one of my favorite activities. But since my wife saw an armchair that she liked, we ended up at the JYSK in Pratteln about a week ago. I wasn't impressed by the store, but we were able to move around without stress. When we found the chair, a saleswoman was there to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, the chair in question was not in stock and had to be ordered. The announced delivery date was met without any problems. It was a bit tedious that you had to call at the ramp. Only the answering machine came and you didn't know how long you would have to wait. After a while the gate opened, but no one could be seen. I was then able to receive our armchair.

I bought 4 chairs online. We had a problem with one chair and the woman immediately helped us solve the problem correctly. I am more than happy with this service. ☝ JYSK is also interested in the topic of recycling!

very competent advice for mattresses. Cheap ones were also shown and not just the expensive ones. No pressure, buy now, everything is easy. That's how I like it, respect for people and not just the wallet.
