Last Sunday, when I was looking for new shoes, I, as a young woman, was not of interest to the saleswomen. The older generation was always served immediately and I, as a young lady, was never served even though the saleswomen were waiting for customers and were not busy. The older generation was greeted warmly and immediately asked how they could serve, which was not the case for me. After being ignored for a while, I left the store.

Ms. Zemp has been working in the shop on Hertensteinstrasse in Lucerne for years. I am always happy when she is there because I know that I will receive extremely friendly and competent service. Thank you!
