Relatively new practice with excellent English speaking doctors. They also have a 24h emergency line staffed with doctors around the lake area. There are a couple of parking spots just to the right of the building on Alte Landstrasse, and another few spots immediately behind, accessed from Sonnenbergstrasse

Great doctors, great atmosphere - we were always given full care and attention

Sympathetic and highly motivated doctors in this practice which opened around one year ago. Doctors are taking time to give you background information.... even in english if needed. Very much available in case of small emergencies.

This is a team of professional and experienced paediatrians who are also super supportive, empathetic and understanding of the concerns and nerves around being a (first time) parent. The same goes for their support staff. I always feel that they have my son's best interests at heart. I'm so happy that it was recommended to me.

We’ve been at Nautilus for four years since our eldest child was born. Our assigned paediatrician is Dr Bewer who is a wonderful doctor - knowledgable, kind, empathetic, really good with both babies and young children, and also the parents too! In emergencies we have seen a couple of the other paediatricians and have also found them to be very nice and highly competent. We would definitely recommend the practice!

We were there for an emergency after normal opening hours. Dr Baruffol has been very helpful, letting us stay with our son of 13 months who had 40+ C temperature for all the time needed for analysis, checks and observation while allowing us to walk around the praxis and distract him. Very modern but comfortable environment

Excellent practice with competent, knowledgeable and motivated doctors who truly care about their tiny patients!

I had bad experience with the pediatrician from this practice. The treatment was not initially provided, under the arguments that we need to let the body of a child heal itself, therefore coughing in 3 weeks brought my child to the bronchitis. The same reply: the child should drink more water and parents should relax. The antibiotic treatment was not prescribed according to the weight and therefore did not help initially until was corrected by another doctor. No empathy from the doctor or any interest, the doctor looks irritated when you come with the sick child and always had the same reply, that it is normal that the child is sick non-stop since he/she is going to the kindergarten or childcare. Our new doctor helps us, when our child is sick and do not use this argument. The doctor talked in unappropriated manner and threatened that if we as parents are going to complain about her treatment or suggest her what can else be done, we could not continue to work together. She raised her voice and did not pay attention that the child was crying. Since I see that most google reviews are positive, I hope our case is a not a common situation in this practice and if you are absolutely happy, I am sincerely glad for you. However, since we suffered, I would like to share our case with others, to warn that this can happen. I still put 2 stars (not 1), because we also had some good advices, even if overall impression is spoiled.
